As a mental health professional in Maine, I am proud to support Maine Coast Fishermen's Association and the work they do to support the overall wellbeing of Maine fishermen. For over 10 years, running has given me great access to my own physical and mental health. The combination of spending time outside, pushing myself physically and focusing entirely on the present moment, grounds me and clear my mind. I look forward to running along side the MCFA team in October!
