We're celebrating all things scallop at this Bar Futo event! Chef Jordan Rubin of Mr. Tuna and Bar Futo will be serving up Maine scallops three ways, caught by local fisherman Alex Todd who will also be on hand to chat about scallop fisheries. We're celebrating the intersection of food and art with our special guest Nate Garrett of Big Fish Gyotaku who will do a live gyotaku printing demonstration. Hear the stories of scallops on the water, on your plate, and through art.
