Celebrate Halibut Season on the Portland Waterfront!
Join the Maine Coast Fishermen's Association at Luke's Lobster Portland Pier for a celebration of halibut season! Enjoy three special halibut appetizers prepared by Luke's head chef, watch a whole halibut cutting demo by a local fisherman on the deck overlooking Portland's waterfront, and take home a free sample of the freshly cut fish. Plus, you can sample MCFA's Maine Coast Monkfish Stew and brand new Smoked Pollock Dip while you're at it!

If you make an additional donation of $30 or more when you buy your ticket, you will receive a copy of Catch: A Maine Seafood Cookbook that can be picked up the night of the event (usually a $40 value). The cookbook is full of recipes that use Maine seafood and common household ingredients, and the photos of the prepared meals depict the recipes just as you'll make them at home.
